  • Preliminary interview free of charge
  • Detailed needs assessment
  • Development of an individual coaching concept containing target definitions and milestones
  • One-on-one discussions backed up by transcripts and further support via e-mail and telephone
  • Evalutation of coaching strategy in several stages
  • Scheduled time according to task and objectives: 5 – 12 meetings of 90 minutes duration
