From our extensive experience with HR management we know that successful staffing is the first step towards lasting success. To guarantee this, we stay in close contact with the new employee for at least one hundred days after they have started working at your company. That means we communicate with the job holder to see if the objectives set can be achieved within these one hundred days. We act as a mentor in case of any unexpected problems that are not covered by the contract or have not been discussed sufficiently before.
